FAQ, I can´t see my country in the country to send to in your delivery list, does it mean you are not delivering to my country?
Unfortunately, if your country isn´t displayed in the delivery list we are unable to sell and deliver to your country. That might depend on regulations and laws, for example, there is prohibited to sell Swedish snuff to EU member states, or any other circumstances.
FAQ, Has the current COVID-19 situation effected your online business when it comes to shipping?
Shipping orders work very well and hasn´t been effected yet by COVID-19. So far, is best to add. We ship by UPS.
FAQ, What´s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We don´t have any MOQ so you are free to order only one can of snuff. Of course, the cost of shipping per can decreases, the more cans you order.
FAQ, How old must I be to order snuff on swedishproducts.online?
You must at least be 18 years (in some states in the US at least 21 years old, to buy Swedish snus on swedishproducts.online. We use state of the art age verification methodology to ensure you meet the age required. It´s your duty and responsibility to be sincere and inform us about your age, if any misconduct or deliberately provide us with false information you might get prosecuted according to the law´s of your country.
FAQ, How to preserve my snuff when delivered?
We recommend you to store the snuff in a dark and cold area, preferably a refrigerator.
Loose snus can be stored for at least 14 weeks without the quality deteriorating, the corresponding number for portion snus is approx 20 weeks. Often, the snuff can be stored longer, but those figures are information provided by the manufacturers.
We recommend to store your nicotine pouches in a refrigerator even though it´s no tobacco in nicotine pouches and, therefore, not necessary from a storage perspective.

FAQ, How do you ship my order?
We use UPS are our international carrier and delivery your goods all over the globe with UPS or Postnord Sverige AB (former Swedish Postal Office). That means you will get your package within 3-4 business days in most countries, for specific information, see section regarding Shipment.
FAQ, How do I update my address?
If any of your details change, such as your address, mail, ph.no., you can update your personal details by signing into your account on swedishproducts.online and update the relevant information.
FAQ, Can I cancel my order?
If you have changed your mind and want to cancel your order you might do so until the order has been sent from our warehouse. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours from your order has been placed. After your order has been sent from our warehouse it is not possible to cancel your order. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to cancel your order or if you by mistake have put some items to your cart and processed the order. Swedish snuff, svenskt snus, is a perishable item and can´t be re-sold so therefore we do not accept returns or replacements.
