Orders are usually expedited and shipped within 24 hours.

The snuff you have ordered will be packed in a secure environment to preserve its natural quality. We use padded envelopes or boxes depending on the quantity of the order to make sure it will not be damaged during the shipment. The packaging is very lightweight and will not lead to increased freight costs.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive information regarding goods in transit to your registered mail address.

Estimated delivery time varies between countries. Shipments to European countries 1-5 business days (note that we do not sell snuff to EU member states), shipments to United States of America 2-5 business days, shipments to other countries 3-7 business days.

The shipping cost depends on your order size, where you live, and at what speed you wish the goods shipped. You can always see the current shipping cost in the cart before checkout. The final shipping cost will be calculated and paid before checkout and processing of your order.

We use the following shipping alternatives:

UPS Express Delivery (2-5 days): Our international express carrier, UPS, provides a fully traceable delivery service. For customers residing in the United States of America, UPS Express Delivery DAP (you have to pay import fees as well as brokerage fees to UPS before you receive your parcel from UPS, note: this fees is on top of the purchase price in our webshop) is our only available option. You must be present at the shipping address to authorize your package upon arrival. An adult signature might be required upon delivery. UPS make three attempts to deliver your package before sending it back to us. You can track and monitor your order sent by UPS.

Postnord Sverige AB (former Swedish Postal Service (1st priority letter): an approximate postal service according to post office is within Europé 2-5 busniess days, to US 3-7 business days and other countries 7-15 business days. SWEDISHPRODUCTS.ONLINE will not compensate for any confiscated or missing deliveries if goosing Postnord Sverige AB as shipping alternative due to the fact that an order sent by Postnord not have a tracking number or reference number of any kind.There is no possibility to trace your order and therefor can not SWEDISHPRODUCTS.ONLINE take any responsibility whatsoever for your shipment.

Please note that if there are extra charges (i.e. taxes, tolltariffs etc.) in your country it is your responsibility to pay those charges. SWEDISHPRODUCTS.ONLINE is not responsible and cannot be held liable for direct and/or indirect costs that may arise as a result of toll tariffs or taxes for tobacco products in your country.

Due to the fact Swedish snuff, svenskt snus, is a perishable, you are not allowed to return your goods. If the goods have been damaged during the shipping, you should make a claim with UPS or Postnord Sverige AB direct when delivered. SWEDISHPRODUCTS.ONLINE is not responsible and cannot be held liable for direct and/or indirect costs that may arise as a result of damaged goods, delays or losses during the shipment of your order.

Additional information

Adult signature: all UPS Express delivery orders require the signature of an adult upon delivery to ensure the age of the customer. For US orders the age limit is 21 years.

PO Boxes: Please note that we do not ship UPS Express delivery to PO Boxes.

DAP: We use UPS DAP (you have to pay import fees as well as brokerage fees to UPS before you receive your parcel from UPS, note: this fees is on top of the purchase price in our webshop) for all orders to the United States of America and it will be delivered directly to your door.

Different Stock Availability: If you have placed an order with more than one selected item we will dispatch your order as soon as all selected items are ready for shipment.
